Job summary

Highmark Health offers a Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management Analyst Graduate Internship designed to expose graduates to enterprise data management, data quality, and governance within a leading healthcare system.

You will work closely with data management professionals, business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technology partners to support projects involving critical datasets, gaining hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and strategic data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with colleagues, clientele, and stakeholders.
