Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise data management/integration/analytics solutions.
• 3+ years implementing and supporting MDM platforms.
• Expertise in matching, survivorship, hierarchies, governance workflows.
• Cloud-native data solutions on Azure, Databricks, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design entity models, hierarchies, matching rules, survivorship and governance workflows.
• Develop scalable data ingestion, synchronization, publishing, and distribution pipelines.
• Architect API-driven, event-based, and real-time integration solutions.
• Establish DevOps processes, standards, and operational procedures for MDM platform reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and admins.
