Job summary

Tampa Electric Company in Florida seeks a Data Analyst for Meter Data Management (MDM) to monitor, analyze, and ensure accurate data across MDM, CRM, and AMI systems. You will troubleshoot data issues and support end-to-end meter-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• Education required: HS diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4 years of metering and billing experience is required.
• AMI and MDM system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor synchronization between CRM, AMI head-end and MDM; log defects.
• Address validation and estimation exceptions; coordinate with vendors.
• Review network metrics daily; report on performance and issues.
• Investigate data collection issues and stale meters; generate service orders.
• Support CRM software changes for Billing, Metering, and Customer Service.
• Develop and maintain processes; recommend preventative measures.
• Configure and test MDM reports; assist with automation and rules.
• Provide day-to-day support for Gas MDM tasks and CRB changes.
