A regional utility provider in Forest Park, GA is seeking an Info Systems Analyst to support the Advanced Metering Infrastructure and Meter Data Management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data delivery, solving technical issues, and developing systems in a collaborative team. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have strong skills in data analysis, troubleshooting, and software development, particularly with SQL databases and programming languages.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
Three or more years in a development or technical support role.
Experience with troubleshooting, data analysis and programming.
Responsibilities
Ensure data delivery from AMI endpoint devices to billing systems.
Support AMI & MDM systems and assist in new product implementation.
Analyze and troubleshoot AMI & MDM systems and interfaces.
Skills
Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Data analysis with RDBMS
Programming (C#, Python, PERL, Shell, PL/SQL)
Creating dashboards in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
Effective oral and written communication
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
