Job description

We are looking for an experienced MDM Architect to provide architectural and development leadership to our Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality (DQ) teams. This role will establish the initial phase of our customer master MDM solution, ensuring the organization’s data is accurate, reliable, and consistent. You will lead the architecture and solution strategy for implementing, maintaining, and improving data quality across various systems and databases while adhering to our enterprise data management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical setup of DQ and MDM platforms and solution builds implemented by System Implementation (SI) partners.
• Act as the primary contact for infrastructure and solution architecture, successfully completing reviews with security teams and the architecture committee.
• Collaborate with ERP owners to design data ingestion and consumption processes from MDM.
• Deliver data quality and MDM solutions through SI partners.
• Integrate solutions with data catalog and governance programs.
• Develop a technical framework for both detective and proactive data quality expectations, including standards, guidelines, and best practices for assessment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Implement proactive data quality monitoring processes to identify and address data issues in real-time by partnering with system of record teams.
• Partner with program management teams to elevate technical risks and negotiate acceptable workarounds.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica IDMC for Data Quality and MDM.
• Hands-on experience implementing Customer, Product, and other data domains.
• Proven ability to build scalable architectures and solutions.
• Experience deploying tools and adoption strategies to enable stewardship and enhance data quality.
• Ability to lead a mixed team of 15+ internal and external data professionals in a highly matrixed environment.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets with knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc., for effective metadata and data model management.
• Experience working across multiple functions and with global resources.
