Zusammenfassung

The SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Mental Health Professional I - Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) in Moncks Corner, SC. You will deliver recovery-oriented counseling and related behavioral healthcare services, including case management as needed.

Under supervision, you will work with individuals and families, document services per QA requirements, and participate in interagency collaborations.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field that meets licensure eligibility as LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT.
• Evidence of clinical experience providing direct patient care is required (practicum/internship or post-graduate).
• Must be prepared to work as essential staff and may be called back during crises or emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Provide a range of clinical services and meet patient care hour expectations.
• Document services per QA requirements including discharge planning and progress notes.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and community partners to facilitate service linkages.
• Comply with policies and ensure CARF accreditation where applicable.
• Pursue professional development and maintain licenses/certifications.
• May mentor practicum students and interns.
