Job summary

The Office of Mental Health in Rock Hill, SC, part of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, is seeking a Mental Health Professional I to provide MDFT-based therapy and comprehensive clinical services.

You will lead assessment, individual, family and group therapy, and collaborate with community partners to support youth and families, while maintaining documentation and pursuing ongoing education. A master’s degree and CPR/MAPS readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences, or related field.
• Ability to lift five pounds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical services including assessment, individual, family and group therapy, and MDFT treatment.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and modify treatment plans.
• Coordinate case management and referrals across agencies.
• Maintain client charts and documentation per QA standards.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and pursue continuing education.
