A day in the life of a Represented Adjuster involves investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles that result in property damage and/or bodily injury. You will work remotely from home, assessing coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service through channels like voice calls, email, and text messages. Using innovative platforms and tools, you will negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved.
You may be eligible for a $1000 Licensing Sign-on Bonus if you hold the applicable active licenses required for this role, such as Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, or an applicable Appraiser License. Candidates previously employed by Allstate and seeking rehire are not eligible for this bonus.

Depending on your location, you may need to obtain an adjuster or appraiser license within 60 days of hire. This is a permanent remote role, requiring a dedicated workspace, minimum internet bandwidth, and provided technology. Residents of California, Alaska, and Hawaii are not eligible.
The annual salary ranges from $47,440 to $81,902.50, based on experience and qualifications. Allstate conducts background checks for new hires.
