Job summary

G2 Capital Advisors, backed by GA Group, seeks an experienced restructuring banker to lead advisory engagements for middle-market clients. You’ll focus on distressed restructurings, capital raises, and out-of-court or in-court processes while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires 10–15 years of direct restructuring investment banking experience, strong financial modeling and deal execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of direct restructuring investment banking experience at a leading national investment bank for middle-market companies.
• Experience leading client engagements through distressed and turnaround scenarios, including in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advisory services to distressed and underperforming companies with a focus on restructurings, capital raises, and recapitalizations.
• Lead and contribute to market development activities to source new restructuring opportunities.
• Develop and implement balance sheet restructuring strategies and coordinate with stakeholders.
