Infinity Constellation is seeking a Managing Director to found and lead the Pension & Retirement Plan Actuarial business unit in the United States. You will be the credentialed actuary whose sign-off backs the work, and you will build a scalable practice with AI-enabled tools and a portable client base.

Qualifications

• Credential: Enrolled Actuary or lead signer for valuations.
• Deep pension and retirement plan valuation experience.
• Existing portable book of business.
• Senior practitioner or independent with credibility.
• Clear view on AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pension & Retirement Plan Actuarial BU end to end.
• Provide actuarial sign-off on funding valuations.
• Originate and grow client base with credibility.
• Define service offering and tooling roadmap.
• Hire and develop analysts as the book grows.
• Collaborate with other business units for cross-selling.
• Oversee data prep, reports, and AI workflow rollout.
