Job summary

One to One Health seeks a Medical Doctor to join its Mississippi clinics on a PRN, day-shift basis. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered medical care within employer-based clinics and virtual platforms.

The physician will conduct check-ups, educate patients on disease processes and treatments, order necessary tests, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a physician.
• Strong examination and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of medications and contraindications.
• HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MD and MS license; prescriptive authority.
• 3 years clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual check-ups to assess health and wellness.
• Provide patient education on diseases, treatments, and lifestyle changes.
• Evaluate and treat illnesses, injuries, or symptoms.
• Order labs, imaging, or procedures to aid diagnosis.
• Prescribe medications with counseling on action, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to form a high-performing team.
• Provide referrals to outside specialists when needed.
• Maintain electronic medical records for each encounter.
• Cultivate trust and compassion with patients.
• Stay current with evidence-based practice guidelines.
