Job summary

One-to-One Health in Massachusetts is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to deliver employer-based health services in our fast-paced clinic setting. You will conduct annual check-ups, educate patients on diseases, treatments, and lifestyle changes, and coordinate care with our team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires MD with prescribing authority, strong clinical judgment, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We offer employer-based health services for patients of all ages. The experienced individual we are searching for would help support our mission statement, “Do Good, Help Others”.ResponsibilitiesConduct annual check-ups on patients to assess their overall health and wellnessProvide patient education on disease processes, recommended treatments, and lifestyle changes to promote overall healthEvaluate and treat patients that present with an illness, injury, etc.Order any necessary labs, imaging, or procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating our patientsPrescribe medications as indicated. Patient education pertaining to the medication mechanism of action, side effects, and contraindications is expected.Collaborate with other physicians, mid-level providers, and support staff to create a high-functioning teamProvide referrals to outside specialties when a higher level of care is deemed necessaryMaintain electronic medical records for each patient encounter.
