Job summary

RELX INC is seeking an MD/DO clinician to join the Data Discovery and Enrichment Team as Clinical Analytics Specialist to advance clinical decision support and discovery for products like ClinicalKey. You will collaborate with Clinical Solutions and Education units to drive analytics, validation, and content enrichment.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree required with medical licensure in the US.
• Experience in evidence-based medicine, research, epidemiology and biostatistics.
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• Familiarity with medical vocabularies (SNOMED CT, ICD-10) favorable.
• Strong computer skills in Windows; MS Word/PowerPoint; Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical knowledge to extract and integrate data in healthcare.
• Adapt ontologies for information extraction, modeling and analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, SMEs, taxonomists, analysts.
• Model, validate, and maintain core extracted clinical relationships.
• Ensure high quality automated indexing for search and discovery.
• Validate clinical content accuracy with external experts and literature.
• Build domain training sets for ML models in POC products.
• Derive predictive insights from large healthcare datasets.
