Job Description

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the position of MCS Supply Chain Sr. Associate.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time – Contract
• Duration: 12 Months
• Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present analytical reports supporting various supply chain areas
• Analyze, visualize, and derive insights from data using analytical and visualization tools
• Develop conclusions and recommendations on moderately complex issues
• Understand current business processes and support day-to-day operations while assisting in aligning technology with future business needs
• Collaborate with business partners and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Smartsheet) to monitor key metrics such as inventory, production, expiry tracking, and raw material visibility
• Document reporting logic, manage enhancement requests, and maintain technical documentation for dashboards and tools

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Data Science, OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range & Benefits
