Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Sr. Associate

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team.

Location(s):

Thousand Oaks, CA (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspection Readiness for clinical programs and studies
  2. Retrieve documents from various internal repositories and systems
  3. Retrieve documents from external vendors
  4. Create process and clinical study overviews/storyboards and other inputs for inspection presentations
  5. Organize documents in Inspection Readiness trackers per program and clinical study
  6. Ensure all documents are logged in a consistent and traceable manner
  7. Support inventory reconciliation for inspection readiness
  8. Support document upload in eTMF and ensure document readiness for inspection
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree & no Supply Chain experience
  • Bachelor's Degree & 2 years of Supply Chain experience
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with clinical study management
  • Experience with inspection readiness processes
  • Experience with document management in eTMF (Trial Master File)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Teams
  • Experience with Quality Management Tracking Systems (QMTS)
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint
  • General understanding of clinical supply chain management
