Summary of the Role

Join a big biopharma leaders onsite Supply Chain team in Ohio as a Supply Chain Associate focused on procurement and inventory management. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Sr. Manager, you will drive process improvements, manage order placements, and help ensure the reliable availability of components and packaging materials. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with relevant degrees seeking broad experience in supply chain operations within biotech manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure printed, packaging components, and raw materials in line with supply chain needs
• Place, expedite, and negotiate orders with suppliers; resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies
• Evaluate and process purchase requisitions per established company policies
• Manage purchase orders, vendor-managed inventory, and supply agreements including monitoring and updating orders
• Execute moderate complexity projects and identify cost and savings opportunities
• Maintain purchasing documentation in accordance with cGMP standards
• Ensure audit compliance readiness for purchase orders and related records
• Monitor, coordinate, and process goods returns
• Track, analyze, and communicate operational metrics and performance
• Respond to and resolve supply chain issues and crises as they arise
