Responsibilities

• Create Reinforcement Learning Environments using MCP tools to test an AI model’s ability to solve complex software engineering problems.
• Design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and golden reference solutions that measure MCP tool use and software engineering ability.
• Fix bugs, implement features, refactor code, and optimize performance while ensuring environments yield reliable results.
