Applied Materials, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned MCOS leader to optimize cost across the enterprise, oversee MCOS/MCM forecasting, and drive savings in collaboration with SAMs, BUs, Finance, and Engineering.

You will lead weekly SPG cadence, ensure data integrity in MCM, and communicate risks and mitigation actions to executive leadership while advancing standardized processes and tools across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures MCOS targets are aligned with SAM groups, BUs, and central teams on priorities and pipeline expectations.
• Consolidates MCOS forecasts and ensures they are reflected in MCM with monthly updates and scenario planning.
• Partners with Finance for quarter-end actuals reporting, savings validation, and executive readiness.
• Develops robust MCOS pipeline across BUs and SAM teams (P2P, Configurations, DCRs, Co-Innovation) with focus on quality and execution.
• Tracks all MCOS projects in MCM with data integrity, including timelines, risk management, and ownership clarity.
• Adopts standard MCOS processes, reporting frameworks, and tools across the organization.
• Collaborates across SAMs, MPMs, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to remove barriers and accelerate savings realization.
• Leads SPG-level MCOS cadence (weekly reviews, BU/SAM forums, executive updates) and communicates risks and mitigations.
• Uses data and tools to drive informed decisions and maximize MCOS impact at the enterprise level.
