McLaughlin Sanchez LLP in California is seeking a sharp, motivated paralegal who wants to take real ownership of their caseload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the Los Angeles area to support our team at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

You will handle discovery and eDiscovery, trial preparation, drafting motions, and depositions, with 4+ years of landlord/tenant and unlawful detainer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently, without missing a detail.
• Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Litigation and trial support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
