Job summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking a Mission Command Information System (MCIS) Trainer to deliver hands-on instruction to Soldiers at the Camp Parks US Army Reserve Mission Training Complex. The role focuses on MCIS and related simulations, including CPCE, MMC-S, JDLM, and JBC-P, with experience in developing training materials and curricula.

The ideal candidate will manage training programs, assess student progress, and ensure readiness against IED/UAS threats in alignment with DoW security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of three years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops or updates Programs of Instruction (POI), lesson plans, and course curriculum tailored to Soldier or unit training requirements.
• Delivers operator-level training in classroom or field environments.
• Maintains training records, student progress, and program effectiveness.
• Demonstrates MCIS systems to enhance situational awareness for command post operations.
