Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Crisis Clinician to join our urgent care/MCI team. This role delivers crisis evaluations and brief stabilization across diverse settings, including telehealth, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.
Qualified candidates will have a Master’s in Social Work, licensure preferred (LICSW/LMHC), and strong documentation skills. We support community outreach and collaboration with partners to ensure timely access to care.

Our team provides services to our most vulnerable populations and is dedicated to removing all barriers to treatment. The crisis clinician role allows you to experience something new every day, while building your diagnostic and assessment skills.
Urgent Care/MCI Clinicians provide rapid and effective crisis evaluations, support, hospitalization when necessary, linkage to community resources, and assessment documentation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Crisis evaluations are performed in a variety of settings and may be in the community, the CBHC, or in healthcare settings, either in person or via telehealth. Urgent/MCI clinicians conduct urgent care intakes and provide brief stabilization services for clients who present to CBHC Urgent Care.
Schedule: Per DiemPay Range: $34.61 - $47.83
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
