Position Overview

Charlotte Radiology, a trusted leader in clinical imaging for over 50 years, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our outpatient facility. This role involves managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The position also includes clinical duties as a mammography technologist when not performing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical mammography procedures, including image acquisition and patient preparation.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee operational performance, including patient volume, scheduling, and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate staffing and coverage, including managing timekeeping and PTO.
  • Lead new employee orientation and ongoing staff development.
  • Maintain open communication with staff and promote a positive work environment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure availability of supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
  • ARRT certification and CPR required.
  • 3-5 years of mammography and healthcare management experience, supervising 5+ staff members.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency with computers and medical reports.
  • Knowledge of breast anatomy, pathology, and radiographic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and maintain confidentiality.
Additional Details

Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 7 am - 6 pm

Travel: 0-25%

Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs.
