Job Description

  1. Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors to run a profitable restaurant, maintaining high QSC standards.
  2. Assist managers with their goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to enhance performance.
  3. Ensure adherence to McDonald’s Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety standards set by McDonald’s and the State Health Department.
  4. Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss opportunities and progress.
  5. Attend weekly and monthly meetings.
  6. Manage the restaurant P&L to meet monthly financial goals.
  7. Lead the People Department by communicating hiring needs, overseeing ongoing training, employee retention, and reviewing relevant metrics.
  8. Handle administrative duties such as employee documentation, weekly reporting, and payroll.
  9. Review operational metrics daily and develop action plans for improvement.
  10. Achieve monthly labor goals, approve hours, manage overtime, and create crew schedules.
  11. Make practical restaurant decisions regarding hiring, firing, and employee raises.
  12. Work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including open and close shifts, and be on call during hours of operation.
