Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction-law experience, deep familiarity with design-build, CMAR and procurement contracts, and in-house experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of construction-law experience.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating project agreements.
• In-house experience preferred.
• Ability to advise internal stakeholders across project lifecycle.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will bring significant legal experience with at least 5 years focused in construction law. Deep familiarity across design-build, CMAR, and procurement agreements. Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating upstream and downstream project agreements, as well as advising internal stakeholders, is essential. Ideal candidates will have in-house experience.
