Eaton’s Power Distribution and Control Assemblies Division in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Division Sales Engineer, Aftermarket for a hybrid role. You will support Motor Control Center project negotiations, pricing and technical application support, and drive sales across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Institution.
• Minimum 1 year of product and technical knowledge of distribution and/or control equipment applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support sales force on Motor Control Center project negotiations.
• Interpret project plans and specifications, provide product application and pricing support.
• Meet or exceed orders volume and price objectives by product line and region.
• Review customer needs to determine BOM, price level, and shipment cycle.
• Facilitate order entry with EatonCare and Front-End; reconcile orders and pricing to drive profitable growth.
• Report new product requirements, track negotiations, forecast monthly and report market trends.
