Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a MCTT Lead to support our program at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. This full-time role involves training personnel and executing military simulation training according to Army standards.

Overview

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a MCTT Lead to support our program at Camp Atterbury, IN. This position is contingent upon award.

Employment Type

Full-time

Responsibilities

• Acts as MCTT Lead.
• Conducts both formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training during collective training events.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes individual MCIS and simulation training at squad to corps echelons.
• Performs classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable MCIS.
• Executes training on the system IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional times.
• Plans cross training for all personnel during execution to ensure all employees remain operationally and doctrinally relevant.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 6 years MCIS teaching experience and familiarity with all MCIS platforms and courseware.
• Certified and current with Army training doctrine.
• Served as an assistant instructor for the same courseware.
• Completed a course of study and subsequent experience in Army MCIS and MCIS software systems, and a formal course of study in the subject(s) to be trained.
• Subject matter expert with at least 4 years’ service in support to the Army or other defense services.
