Description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an MC Training Team Lead to support our program at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA.

CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, meeting complex enterprise needs in the defense and federal sectors. We deploy experienced teams, innovative tools, and proven processes across various operational environments.

This position is contingent upon award.

How Role Will Make An Impact

Acts as MC Training Team Lead.
Conducts formal information system operator training and informal MCIS training during collective training events.
Plans, coordinates, and executes MCIS and simulation training at various echelons.
Performs classroom setup, networking of systems, and instruction on applicable MCIS.
Executes training in accordance with Army standards and approved course instructions.

Requirements

What you’ll need to join our award-winning team:

Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree.
At least 6 years of MCIS teaching experience and familiarity with all MCIS platforms and courseware.
Certification and current status with Army training doctrine.
Experience as an assistant instructor for relevant courses.
Formal education and experience in Army MCIS and related software systems.
Subject matter expertise with operational experience supporting the Army or other defense services.
