Job summary

Malibu Boats is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate shipments across multiple locations. You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to maintain material flow.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP/MRP and WMS experience, and a focus on safety, compliance, and KPI optimization. This is a full-time on-site position located in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, receiving, material handling, and shipping operations.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel; manage performance, attendance, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper material control, cycle counting, transaction management, and annual physical inventories.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, intercompany transfers, and supplier container returns.
• Manage freight activities, including carrier selection, freight optimization, and coordination with third-party logistics providers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, DOT regulations, and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and safety performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Maintain warehouse organization, equipment, storage layouts, and facility housekeeping standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles, 5S, and root-cause problem-solving methods.
• Develop and maintain department procedures, work instructions, and training documentation.

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

• Forklift Certification required.
• DOT Hazardous Materials Training preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing exposure preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work is performed in warehouse and manufacturing environments with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
• Safety glasses and other required PPE must be worn in designated areas.
• Occasional overtime, weekends, and support during inventory counts or production shutdowns may be required.
