Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an engineer for the Sentinel program, based in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. You’ll work on MBSE, requirements development, and system-level analysis to support ICBM launch control systems within a dynamic defense environment.

The role offers a clear path across design, verification, and deployment milestones, with a 9/80 work schedule and movement toward senior responsibilities as you contribute to team readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM discipline and 2 years of experience for Level 2; DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years’ experience; 3 years with Masters; or 1 year with PhD for Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and development of requirements and multiple system models.
• Coordinate with System Engineering teams and conduct system trade studies.
• Define high-level functional and performance requirements and verify methods across design and build stages.
• Help create and present technical charts showing readiness for milestones.
