Qualifications

• Hands-on MBSE experience with SysML, DoDAF, or UAF.
• Proficiency with MBSE toolsets: Cameo, Rhapsody, Capella, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals across requirements, architecture, integration, and verification/validation.
• Maintaining traceability between requirements, design artifacts, and test plans.
• Experience applying digital engineering methods to complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE methods and SysML-based modeling to define and analyze system architectures.
• Develop and maintain system models using MBSE tools.
• Translate stakeholder needs into formal models and verification artifacts.
• Maintain architecture traceability across design and test activities.
• Support technical reviews, trade studies, and risk assessments using model-based artifacts.
• Lead MBSE development efforts and mentor team members.
• Prepare and present architecture views and behavioral models.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Subsystem Design teams on undersea architectures.
