Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBSE principles experience required (1+ year).
• SysML knowledge and MBSE tool proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system architecture and design models using MBSE tools and methodologies.
• Manage requirements lifecycle including creation, traceability, flow-down, allocation, and compliance matrices across distributed teams.
• Decompose system requirements and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute verification and validation activities including test procedures, model simulations, and formal verification events.
• Support trade studies, impact analyses, and design reviews with digital artifacts.
• Participate in program milestone events including customer meetings, government testing events, and discrepancy review boards.
• Generate technical documentation including test results, verification reports, and design validation artifacts.
