Job summary

Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is seeking an Associate Model Based Systems Engineer to join our team based at Mount Laurel, NJ. The role requires developing system models using SysML v2 and Agentic AI, producing requirements, use cases, and verification cases.

Required: 0-3 years MBSE/Digital Engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel up to 10%. This is an on-site position with five days in the office.

Qualifications

• MBSE, Digital Engineering, Systems Engineering experience or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent full-time professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop system models to support software development using SysML v2 and Agentic AI.
• Create requirements, use cases, verification, and analysis cases.
• Model using Cameo Enterprise Architecture 2026x (CATIA Magic).
• Collaborate with MBSE+ SysML v2 thought leaders on frontier projects.
