Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field, or equivalent, required.
• 4–9 years MBSE/Systems Engineering experience and strong systems-thinking mindset.
• Experience with SysML modeling and presenting analyses to review boards.
• Familiarity with Cameo Enterprise Architecture / Systems Modeler and MOSA principles.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and apply MBSE best practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, verification, and validation of SysML system models for modularity, interoperability, and fidelity.
• Presents analyses, findings, and recommendations to the Configuration Architecture Board (CAB).
• Adheres to MOSA standards and configuration-management governance.
• Mentors junior engineers in MBSE modeling and analysis skills.
