Qualifications

Experience with MBSE across requirements, verification, and validation.
Familiarity with Cameo EA and system lifecycle processes.
ABET-accredited degree required in a related field.
Strong traceability and change-management capabilities.
Experience with IPTs and government/DoD programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure MBSE traceability from capability description to baselines.
Analyze requirements and allocate across the specification tree.
Review docs, plans, and verification reports to meet requirements.
Support trade studies and design reviews (CDR) and risk assessments.
Identify risks and coordinate mitigation for cost, schedule, and tech performance.
Coordinate changes to system requirements and contracts per governing processes.
Prepare SE plans, contract packages, and milestone documentation per DoD/Army policies.
Review technical and programmatic documentation and report SE status.
