Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field with 5+ years of experience, or Master of Science with 3+ years.
• Extensive experience with the Systems Engineering Vee model and MBSE practices.
• Proficient in SysML modeling and core MBSE tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDRAW).
• Experience with requirements management, baseline analysis, and allocation.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and communicate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, support design reviews, and help develop an internal tool to track actions with customers.
• Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop systems engineering artifacts.
• Develop and mature systems architecture content for large program designs.
• Conduct pre-review assessments to ensure readiness before formal design reviews.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
• Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team collaboration.
