IS4S seeks a self-motivated Systems Engineer with MBSE experience to work on a U.S. defense program in Dayton, Ohio.

The role requires translating stakeholder requirements, developing architectures, verifying requirements, and scripting data artifacts to support model-based engineering and document exports. You will collaborate across disciplines, integrate system models with simulations, and contribute to the digital engineering enterprise, including configuration and data management within

Qualifications

• 0–5 years or more experience with MBSE tools (Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody).
• 0–5 years or more years of experience with Defense Systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Execute the systems engineering development of a major defense program within an MBSE tool/environment.
• Communicate systems engineering concepts using the MBSE model.
• Perform traditional Systems Engineering activities from the model: requirements development, architecture development, verification, parametric analysis, trade studies, and technical performance measurement.
• Develop scripting for export of data artifacts into document-based formats.
• Develop scripting within an MBSE model to manage model data artifacts effectively.
