Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo/DOORS/System Architect)
• Experience in modeling, simulations, analyses, and verification
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Java for analytical tools
• Understand Agile development and iterative processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Degrees: BS or MS in engineering/CS/math/physics/chemistry
• Experience in DoD/commands and control environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering, integration, testing, and performance assessment across complex environments
• Develop and analyze system requirements, architectures, and capabilities using MBSE
• Perform system analyses, trade studies, and requirement verification
• Document integration and testing activities; support V&V and readiness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve engineering challenges and improve performance
