Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a MBSE & SysML Analyst to advance NASIC's transition to model-based systems engineering.

You will develop, analyze, and maintain SysML-based system models and architectures, evaluate performance and feasibility, and provide engineering recommendations that support modernization of intelligence products and workflows. Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and a TS/SCI security clearance at time of application.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
10+ years of experience applying MBSE methodologies to complex systems or mission environments
Hands-on experience developing and analyzing SysML models and system architecture
Experience with MBSE/SysML modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler/MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, or comparable platforms
Experience translating mission needs and interfaces into model-based representations
Understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis, architecture development, interface analysis, traceability, verification, and validation
Ability to report to designated work location in Dayton, OH, up to full time, based on customer needs

Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, and maintain SysML-based system models and architectures.
