Job summary

Davidson Technologies Inc. seeks a seasoned MBSE Software Systems Engineer to be onsite in Roy, Utah, supporting DoD software systems for Sentinel Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems.

You will translate complex requirements into architecture and drive system integration with MBSE practices. Requirements include 10+ years of SE experience, SysML modeling, and familiarity with Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM DOORS, Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience spanning the full DoD systems engineering lifecycle.
• Demonstrated MBSE and SysML usage to develop system models.
• Experience defining software system architecture and interfaces.
• Proficiency with Cameo, MagicDraw, IBM DOORS.
• Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability translate high-level requirements into software requirements and user stories.
• Ten years of relevant SE experience on similar programs.
• Bachelor's in engineering; additional SE experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, ops concepts, and architectures to develop system requirements specs.
• Lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and tech.
• Incorporate new plans and systems into operations.
• Create system architecture and design documentation.
• Plan SE management and integration/test plans.
• Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to resolve technical issues.
