$79.70 – $80.42/hr | Contract

What You’ll Do

• Lead program teams in developing functional & non-functional requirements using MBSE models
• Develop and link SysML artifacts (Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, BDDs, IBDs)
• Guide creation and maintenance of data architectures & model libraries aligned with GCIA (Ground Combat Systems Common Infrastructure Architecture)
• Build and maintain MBSE-driven metrics (Trade Studies, Risks, Design Decision Memorandums)
• Support Digital Engineering integration across tools (Teamcenter, Cameo, MADe)
• Develop and enforce MBSE style guides and best practices
• Ensure MBSE processes align with program CDRLs and contract requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with strong background in vehicle systems engineering
• Hands‑on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Strong experience with data architecture, model libraries, and digital engineering environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
