What You’ll Do
- Lead program teams in developing functional & non-functional requirements using MBSE models
- Develop and link SysML artifacts (Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, BDDs, IBDs)
- Guide creation and maintenance of data architectures & model libraries aligned with GCIA (Ground Combat Systems Common Infrastructure Architecture)
- Build and maintain MBSE-driven metrics (Trade Studies, Risks, Design Decision Memorandums)
- Support Digital Engineering integration across tools (Teamcenter, Cameo, MADe)
- Develop and enforce MBSE style guides and best practices
- Ensure MBSE processes align with program CDRLs and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with strong background in vehicle systems engineering
- Hands‑on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Strong experience with data architecture, model libraries, and digital engineering environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
