Job summary

The Ohio Department of Development’s Minority Business Development Division seeks an MBAC Network Services Coordinator to support the Minority Business Assistance Center Program, fostering growth of Ohio’s small, emerging, and historically under-resourced businesses.

The role is based in Columbus, full-time, with responsibilities spanning administrative, data analysis, training, and statewide event planning. Bachelor’s or 5+ years’ experience and grants background are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong grants management, compliance, and public program administration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, organizational, and technical support throughout the full grant lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager to implement training programs and onboarding.
  • Monitor program deliverables via data collection and analysis of reports.
  • Support data collection and tracking for routine reporting and audits.
  • Set up/maintain MBAC Programs in Salesforce and coordinate related budgets and reimbursements.
  • Support planning and implementation of MBAC statewide events.
  • Manage Certified Advisor and GrowthWheel certification programs; report on graduates.
