The Ohio Department of Development’s Minority Business Development Division is looking for anMBAC Network Services Coordinatorto support the Minority Business Assistance Center Program, which fosters the growth and sustainability of small, emerging, and historically under-resourced businesses in Ohio.
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative, organizational, and technical support throughout the full grant lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Program Manager to implement training programs, including new employee/contractor orientation and onboarding, for the MBAC Network.
- Monitor program deliverables through data collection and analysis of various reports, including quarterly and annual program and fiscal reviews.
- Support data collection and tracking for multiple purposes, such as routine reporting, advisory board meeting adherence, and annual audit completions.
- Sets up/maintains MBAC Programs in Salesforce and coordinates technical support and troubleshooting for MBACs on Salesforce related matters including budget tracking and quarterly financial reimbursements.
- Support MBAC Network Services Manager in planning and implementation of MBAC Statewide events.
- Manage Certified Advisor® (CBA®) and GrowthWheel® certification programs. Register CBA® candidates, track course completion, and prepare monthly and annual reports on graduates.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration , Public Administration, Liberal Arts, or related area; OR completion of undergraduate core program in a specific or related content area, educational program or service; OR at least five years of work experience in this field.
- Strong experience in grants management, compliance, and public program administration preferred.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Project management experience is a plus.
