This role ensures that transformational learning opportunities complement academic programs, strengthen student engagement, support professional development and contribute to positive student and alumni experience.Responsibilities include assessing market trends and student needs; designing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives; securing and coordinating resources; establishing operational procedures and practices; overseeing program delivery; and developing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and student impact. The position is responsible for measuring, analyzing and communicating the success of transformational student experiences for enrolled MBA students.The manager collaborates extensively across functional areas within the office of Graduate and Online Programs and partners with faculty, alumni, employers, service providers, university and community partners to deliver high-impact experiences that enhance student success and program competitiveness.Additional Information:This is a full-time (100 % FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.Monthly Salary:$4,062 - $6,092 | Commensurate with experience and qualificationsIn accordance with RCW 49.58.110 , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.
