Job summary

RBI is offering a MBA rotational internship in Miami designed for high-potential students to tackle real business challenges across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People or Procurement.

Participants receive structured onboarding, mentorship, and a potential full-time offer upon graduation based on performance. You will lead a strategic project, gain cross-functional exposure, and present impact to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA student in 1st year enrolled in a program.
• Graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Prior 4–7 years in consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality.
• People management experience, including at least 1 direct report or lead.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and orientation covering RBI culture, brands, plans and RBI-specific skills.
• Own a strategic project selected by senior leadership in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People or Procurement.
• Contribute to high-impact initiatives that shape guest service, revenue growth and operational optimization.
• Receive coaching and feedback from the project leader.
• Present project findings, recommendations, strategy, results and business impact to the department head and Brand President.
