Job summary
PIMCO, a global leader in fixed income investing, invites MBA students to join as Summer Intern – Account Manager. You will support client relationships across Newport Beach, Austin, or New York, gaining hands-on exposure to investment strategies and business development.
The program emphasizes training, mentorship and cross-divisional collaboration. You’ll participate in PIMCO Fundamentals, work with AI-powered tools, and contribute to strategic initiatives within Client Management and Global
Qualifications
- Pursuing MBA with emphasis in Finance and Economics or related quantitative field.
- Must be able to begin full-time employment with a PIMCO office between January 2028 – August 2028.
- Must be enrolled during Fall 2027 semester (Aug 2027–Dec 2027).
- Business proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships across client organizations.
- Educate clients about a broad set of investment strategies.
- Develop deep understanding of clients’ objectives, risk tolerance and structure.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow AUM.
