Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program, graduation after internship end date.
• 2+ years of work experience before business school; consulting preferred; strategy/ops/startup experience considered.
• Strong analytical ability with data-backed recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate a point of view.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience shipping or piloting an AI agent or automation impacts teamwork.
• AI tools and automation skills to reduce manual work in business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BizOps leads and product VPs across two or more pods to gain exposure to strategy and operations.
• Take on a defined product strategy project with a named business owner and a measurable outcome.
• Translate customer and market signals into roadmap trade-offs with product leaders.
• Support synthesis of qualitative and quantitative input into a clear point of view.
• Build executive-ready strategy memos and business reviews with a defined problem and recommendation.
• Present findings and a recommendation to VP-level stakeholders at the rotation end.
