Job summary

Intuit is offering a 12-week summer internship through the Emerging Talent Program in Mountain View. As a Product Strategy and BizOps intern, you’ll rotate across pods, work on meaningful projects with business impact, and be mentored by managers and leaders.

Candidates must be enrolled in an MBA program with graduation after internship, have 2+ years pre-MBA experience, and be strong analytically with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an MBA program with a graduation date after the internship end date.
• 2+ years of work experience before business school; management consulting preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work onsite for a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Experience shipping or piloting AI agents or automation is a plus.
• Nice to have SaaS/fintech exposure; case interview or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a defined product strategy project with a named business owner and a measurable outcome.
• Translate customer and market signal into roadmap trade-offs with product leaders.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative input into a clear point of view.
• Build executive-ready materials and present findings to VP-level stakeholders.
• Rotate across BizOps pods to gain broad exposure to platform-level operations.
