Responsabilités

• Shape how we define and speak to our highest-value customers.
• Develop and update the ICP and positioning/messaging framework for the Money portfolio.
• Coordinate with the customer research team to scope and develop research briefs.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including customer, market, and competitive analysis.
• Synthesize learnings into actionable recommendations to update the ICP and messaging.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to pressure-test positioning and align on segment strategy.
• Conduct product-market fit analysis and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Set success metrics, monitor milestones, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present updates and final recommendations to senior leadership.
