Intuit is offering a 12-week MBA internship in Mountain View, CA, focused on product marketing within the Money PMM team. You will shape ICPs, positioning and messaging for mid-market customers, leveraging data and customer insights to drive business impact.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Research and Finance, and be mentored by managers and leaders who value curiosity and collaboration in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support ICP development and messaging framework for the Money portfolio.
• Coordinate with research teams to scope and develop briefs.
• Conduct primary and secondary research; analyze customer, market and competitive data.
• Synthesize findings into actionable ICP and positioning recommendations.
• Partner with product, sales, research and finance to test positioning and segments.
• Perform product-market fit analysis and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Set success metrics, monitor milestones, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Intuit internships are 12 weeks throughout the summer. We have fixed start and end dates that are designed to work with various universities' academic calendars.

Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to delivering a portfolio of solutions that help businesses thrive at every stage of growth. Within GBSG, the Money team helps businesses get paid, manage complex billing workflows, and access the financing they need to operate and scale, delivering industry-leading cash flow and operational efficiency benefits through offerings like QuickBooks Payments and QuickBooks Capital.

Mid-market businesses, which manage higher transaction volumes, multi-entity operations, and more sophisticated AR/AP and financing needs, represent a significant growth opportunity for the Money portfolio. As a Product Marketing MBA Intern on the Money PMM team, located in Mountain View, CA, you will work with a team of passionate marketers focused on delivering exceptional experiences for customers and strong results for our business, in a fun and high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

You will help shape how we define and speak to our highest-value customers. Your core project will center on supporting the development and update of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and positioning/messaging framework for the Money portfolio. Responsibilities could include:

• Supporting the development and refresh of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for mid-market customers, grounded in data and customer insights.
• Coordinating with the customer research team to scope and develop research briefs.
• Conducting primary and secondary research, including customer, market, and competitive analysis, and gathering insights to identify unmet needs and new market opportunities.
• Synthesizing learnings into actionable recommendations to update the ICP and the positioning/messaging framework.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Research, and Finance, to pressure-test positioning and align on segment strategy.
• Conducting product-market fit analysis to assess how well current offerings and value propositions resonate with customers, and identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen fit.
• Setting success metrics, monitoring against milestones, and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Presenting updates and final recommendations to senior leadership team members.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $40 - 53 /hr in MTV.
