Job summary

Capital One seeks an MBA Product Intern for Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week, full-time program is in-person at an assigned Richmond/VA location under Capital One’s hybrid model.

Interns may be evaluated for a future full-time role in Capital One's MBA Development Program following the internship. Required is an MBA in progress with graduation by Aug 2028 or earlier, plus the ability to continue in the MBA program.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 2-year MBA with graduation by Aug 2028 or earlier.
• Must continue in the MBA program after the internship.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or related area; business/marketing also acceptable.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and lifecycle for features aligned to business goals.
• Develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks; test and monitor initiatives.
• Lead sprint team to ship, scale, and improve products for customers.
• Balance data, analytics, and human-centered design to meet goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Rally teams around a common goal and manage stakeholder expectations.
