Job summary

Republic Services invites MBA students to a dynamic 10-week paid internship across field operations and strategic projects. You will rotate through Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales and Administration, delivering project work and presenting insights to leaders.

Gain exposure to executive leadership and potential full-time opportunities including GMAP upon high performance. Current first-year MBA students committed to full-time June start will develop strategic, operational, and financial

Qualifications

Enrolled in an accredited MBA program.
First-year MBA student eligible for 10-week internship.
Available for full-time 10 weeks beginning in June.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
Engage with employees and leadership to understand business drivers and operational challenges.
Learn to influence financial outcomes and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Adhere to the formal training curriculum and complete all tasks within the internship timeframe.
Perform additional duties to support business objectives.
